Situated 7 miles NE of the market town of Swaffham and with easy access to the North Norfolk coast, Paddock House is in an ideal location for visitors wishing to explore Norfolk.
Set in the quiet village of Great Dunham, Paddock House is 2.5 miles from both the A47 and A1065 providing easy access to Norwich and King's Lynn as well as the market towns of Swaffham, Fakenham and Dereham. We are ideally located for many of Norfolk's wonderful attractions which include Sandringham, Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall, Burnham Market, Thursford, Pensthorpe, Wells-next-the-Sea, The Broads and many more.
Walkers and cyclists will find this area of Norfolk particularly attractive with many routes such as Nar Valley and Peddars Way close by.
Built in 2006 with the environment in mind, Paddock House benefits from several energy saving and environmentally friendly devices including a ground source heat pump, underfloor heating, heat recovery air exchange system (particularly good for anyone suffering from asthma or allergies), LED lighting and its own bio-degradeable sewerage treatment system.
